Toyin Alli, the Owner/Chef of Puddin', got her start ten years ago as a street food vendor at DC's historic Eastern Market on Capitol Hill. Since her birth, Puddin' has grown to include Union Market, various local markets and two food trucks. You must try the Bread Pudding Washington dc. It would help if you tried out all the collection from Washington Dc Food Trucks, The Food Truck in Washington, dc includes chicken 'n beef sausage gumbo, shrimp 'n grits, etouffee, red beans 'n rice, shrimp, Rappahannock oyster and wild blue catfish po'boys and of course, her signature dish and the company's namesake, Brown Butter Bourbon Bread Pudding'.

Puddin' serves local, sustainable and great tasting food from the Food Truck in dc and Wild Blue Catfish from the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Simply put, there's a whole bunch of Wild Blue Catfish eating up all the yummy seafood that we hold dear in this region and coming from the Gumbo Kitchen Food Truck, so let's make Po'boys out of them!
