IT'S TIME TO ACT. NOW!
Sugar Hill Creamery is looking to sell their ice cream in grocery stores and distribute their frozen desserts across the country. In order to do that they need capital to industrialize their recipes for larger scale production. Having opened a second location on Halloween 2020 (yes, during the pandemic), they have seen the power of community, as customers new and old rallied around their business to ensure that it survived COVID-19. They are looking for similar support as they scale their business to share a taste of Harlem across the country.

About
Sugar Hill Creamery is a family-owned and operated ice cream shop serving small batch ice cream year around. Founded by husband and wife team Nick Larsen and Petrushka Bazin Larsen, the two were looking to fill a culinary gap in Harlem, their neighborhood of 16-years. The store has quickly become a mainstay in their community offering not only accessible, freshly-spun, ice cream inspired by their Caribbean and Midwestern cultures, but needed programming like New Mom’s Groups for mothers of babies ages 0-3 months, book clubs, and a weekly ice cream social series that brings neighbors and friends together to discuss quality of life topics such as race and educating children in NYC, among other topics.
